Description

Now you can bake cinnamon rolls at home!
Taste our soft cinnamon rolls! Cream cheese frosting also will come with it. Minimum order 4 rolls. Please bake it within 1-2 days or freeze and thaw to bake.
Gluten free using eggs & dairy. Pick up only

Ingredients: Brown rice flour, potato starch, almond flour, tapioca starch, milk, butter, yeast, organic cane sugar, baking powder, baking soda, xanthan gum, sea salt, egg, olive oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, dark brown sugar

Baking Instruction:

30 mins to 1 hour before you bake, take out the cinnamon buns from refrigerator and leave it on a countertop. (If it is frozen, transfer to refrigerator one day before you want to bake)
Heat the oven to 325 degree. Remove the plastic lid, and place the cinnamon buns in the oven.
Set the timer for 20 mins. If you think the top of the buns are getting too brown, but still too soft inside when you poke with a stick, lightly cover the aluminum foil and bake for 5 more minutes.  Try not to over bake them. Check the center and pike with a stick and if nothing comes out, it will be done.
If you have a meat/pastry thermometer, you can stick that and if it reaches 190 degree, they are good to go. If you like not too soft, bake a little longer.
If you don’t have the thermometer and not sure if it’s done, press top of the bun (be careful it’s hot!) and see if it is too soft or not. I would say 20-25 mins but it may take a little more time when you use a non-commercial oven.
