Making fresh ricotta cheese from scratch. Gina from Cheese Etc. will guide you how to make freshest ricotta cheese! After making cheese, we will use ricotta mousse and make your own cannolis with Sachiko from GF Sweeties (gluten free!)
We will provide a glass of wine and snacks. You are welcome to bring your own wine as well.
